The role is an Entry-Level Position - No Previous Experience Required!

What You’ll Be Doing

- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls
- Assisting customers with their applications and supporting documents
- Supporting the broader team with day-to-day activities
- Updating customer details in the CRM system
- Generating and sending contracts for settlements
- Completing welcome calls with new customers
- Reaching out to potential customers and connecting them with Account Managers
