We are currently seeking an experienced, reliable and highly motivated Food & Beverage Attendant to join the team at Mercure Newcastle Airport in Williamtown. The hotel comprises 95 high quality rooms across 3 floors of accommodation as well as a Restaurant and Bar.

RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification is required before starting.

Our Food & Beverage team plays a key part of the daily hotel operations by ensuring a high level of excellent guest service to our patrons and in-house guests.

The position will require mostly shifts in the evening on weekdays, weekends and public holidays.

***Immediate start***

Versatile availability for all shifts including weekdays, weekends and public holidays is essential.

A minimum availability of 16-24 hours per week is required for this part-time position.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Taking orders and delivering meals, ensuring tasks are completed to the highest standard
- Provide and deliver an excellent level of guest service at all times
- Work together cohesively as part of a team
- Barista coffee experience is preferred
- Minimum 6-12 months food and beverage service experience is required
