We are a proud Tasmanian not-for-profit childcare provider of Long Day Care, Outside School Hours Care, Vacation Care services. and state-wide Family Day Care services. We encourage outdoor and self-directed play, getting messy and having fun within caring and safe boundaries.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:





- Assist in ensuring that the program promotes children’s agency, choices and influence
- Actively support every child to participate in the program
- Ensure a protected and stimulating physical environment where all staff and children are protected from hazards or harm
- Ensure adequate supervision practices are adhered to at all times
- Develop and maintain respectful, supportive and collaborative relationships with families and community
- Ensure all practices are in accordance with the NQF and reflect the philosophy, policies and procedures of the Organisation

The successful applicant will ideally have:

- Certificate III in Children’s Service, or higher, or actively working towards Diploma qualifications
- Current First Aid Qualification, and preparedness to maintain and renew as required
- Demonstrated experience in the education and care of children aged 0 to 12 years
- Demonstrated experience and ability to establish warm nurturing and responsive relationships with children and to sensitively meet their needs
- Hold a valid Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) card
- Undertake a pre-employment medical assessment
