About the Role
Fulltime - Monday- Friday 8.30am-5.30pm
As a Trade Hand, you'll play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our busy trade and retail yard. Your responsibilities will include:
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Stacking timber, concrete and/ or garden product and maintaining yard presentation
- Loading and unloading delivery trucks
- Providing friendly, hands-on customer service
- Performing general yard duties as required
- Maintaining safety standards
Essential Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- A positive, ‘can-do’ attitude
- Physically fit
Desirable Attributes
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced workplace
- Willingness to work as part of a supportive team
- General knowledge of timber and building products
- A valid forklift license is preferred
- Previous experience operating a forklift or in a similar yard role (preferable)
