Sunnyfield is seeking a community support professional to join our Community Access Team in NSW. The role offers regular rosters and flexible schedule, including evenings and occasional weekend shifts.

You will deliver personalised support, assist with personal care and daily living activities, and help participants engage in social and learning activities. You should have experience in disability services, a can-do attitude, and be comfortable working with people with complex behaviours.
