We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Trade Assistants to join a growing team based in Alexandria . This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term career growth for candidates who demonstrate the right attitude, reliability, and work ethic.
Working across a variety of commercial projects, this role will involve both local and interstate work, supporting skilled tradespeople with installation, maintenance, and project-based tasks.
What's on Offer?
- $37.00 per hour + overtime
- Temp-to-perm opportunity
- Standard hours: 7:30am - 3:30pm + OT (must be adaptable to work outside these hours)
- Local and interstate work as needed
- Company car provided

Key Responsibilities
- Assisting tradespeople/customers on-site
- Using hand and power tools
- Heavy lifting and manual handling
- Loading and unloading materials
- General site cleaning and housekeeping
- Supporting with installations
About You
- Previous experience using hand and power tools
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
- Eager to learn and develop new skills
- Able to work well within a team environment
- Flexible with working hours and travel to different sites
- MUST be able to drive manual gearbox
