Administration Support Officer – Brendale

Monday to Friday | $35.30 per hour | Temp to Perm Opportunity

We are looking for a friendly, approachable Administration Support Officer with a positive “can-do” attitude to join a great team based in Brendale .

This is a fantastic prospect for someone who enjoys administration, working with people and being part of a supportive team. Nothing is too hard , you are happy to help, follow processes and get the job done!

The Role

Your duties will include:

- Timesheet submission and administration
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Preparing monthly reports
- General administration support
- Using Microsoft Excel and Word
- Following company processes and procedures
- Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers




- Assisting the team with day-to-day administration requirements

- Experienced with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident with data entry and reporting

- Monday to Friday
- 7:30am to 3:30pm OR 8:00am to 4:00pm
