About the Position:

As a HR Business Partner at Jessie Grace, you’ll take a lead role in guiding clients through the full spectrum of HR challenges. You’ll apply your solid experience to deliver clear, confident advice across all areas from strategic workforce planning and ER case management to driving high performance culture and leadership development.

You’ll work side by side with a team of highly driven peers, mentors, and senior consultants, all committed to helping you grow your capability and influence. Key Responsibilities:

As a HR Business Partner, you’ll:

- Provide expert, practical advice on awards, employee relations, compliance, and people strategy
- Lead or support complex case management, workplace investigations, and sensitive people issues
- Partner with clients to design and deliver culture, leadership, and engagement initiatives
- Draft and review high-quality HR documentation, policies,



and contracts with confidence and precision
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insight and coaching to strengthen their people capability
- Collaborate with senior consultants and specialists to deliver projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Bring curiosity and fresh thinking to every challenge, helping us (and our clients) stay ahead of the curve

About You:

- 5+ years' HR experience (generalist, HRBP, or advisory) with solid ER and compliance exposure, so clients get advice they can trust from day one
- Energy, warmth and confident communication that builds trust fast with clients, even in tricky or sensitive conversations
- A sharp eye for detail and clear, plain-language writing, so clients get advice and documents they can actually use, not jargon
- Genuine enthusiasm for variety , working across multiple industries and client needs, bringing fresh thinking to every engagement
- A proactive, positive attitude , backed by a collaborative, high-performing team, so clients always feel supported and never left waiting
- A degree in HR, Psychology, Business or similar , paired with a real appetite for continuous learning, so clients benefit from advice that's current and well-informed
