We’re seeking a passionate and experiencedSenior Interior Designerto join our Property team and play a key role in shaping environments that inspire and support our residents and stakeholders. Reporting to theHead of Design Innovation, this role offers the opportunity to lead design initiatives, manage FF&E; and finishes, and contribute to strategic projects across greenfield and brownfield developments.
About The Role
- Collaborating with internal and external clients to develop and refine design briefs
- Resolving design challenges and incorporating feedback
- Reviewing documentation for new and existing sites
- Detailing joinery, FF&E;, and presentation boards
- Presenting designs to residents and stakeholders
- Attending project meetings and supporting delivery and fit-out
- Contributing to strategic initiatives and business cases
- Supporting internal and external design teams
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with residents, suppliers, and team members
About You
You’re a creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a strong eye for detail. You bring:
- A tertiary qualification in Interior Design or Architecture
- 8+ years of experience in interior design
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino or Revit
- Excellent organisational and documentation skills
- A commitment to environmental sustainability
- Strong research, analysis, and stakeholder engagement capabilities
- Confidence in decision-making and influencing across teams
- High-level communication skills and workshop facilitation experience
