We provide 24x7x365 service and will be in office within 60-90 minutes to help our clients mitigate the impact of water damage. Our technicians and project managers are IICRC-qualified, and we provide compliance certificates upon job completion to give our clients assurance that their premises are safe and that water damage has been addressed.

The role must be capable of performing the following responsibilities:

General Debt Collection:

Pursue debts and maximise collections via multiple channels.

Manage a portfolio of debt that you prioritise according to factors that include (but are not limited to) debt age, debt amount, and involved parties.

Monitor payment plans and discounts offered.

Commercial Negotiations:

Interpret and apply standard form contracts.

Manage negotiations with clients (B2C and B2B), insurers, assessors, adjusters, and other parties involved (such as agents, brokers, and strata plan managers).





Identify hardship situations and provide both a commercial and compassionate solution.

Client management:

Manage client relationships and maintain a professional company image.

Resolve complaints, disputes and concerns effectively.

Debt Recovery Strategist:

Develop strategies to improve debt recovery and cash flow.

Identify and improve inefficient processes and procedures.

Team management:

Manage and motivate debt recovery teams.

Assist with training and performance evaluations.

Set clear expectations and monitor team performance.

Documentation:

Document debt recovery processes and operating procedures.

Maintain accurate records of recovery activity and outcomes.

Mandatory selection criteria

The following must be verifiable:

10+ years of total relevant experience in one or more of the following:

Debt collection, accounts receivable, loss assessment/adjustment or civil litigation.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Leadership and management experience
