Underpinned by an ambitious growth strategy, Willowtree Planning is looking to expand their team of A- Grade town planners and are seeking to appoint a Senior Town Planner in our North Sydney office.

If you want to join the A-Team, here is what we need:

You have a qualification in town planning or related discipline, with approx. 5-8 years experience;

You thrive on project managing complex planning projects and co-ordinate various sub-consultants;

You have experience in providing planning due diligence advice and planning approvals pathway advice and strategies;

You have a robust understanding of current NSW Planning legislation and recent changes to legislation;





You have Experience in the preparation of Statements of Environmental Effects, Environmental Impact Statements and Planning Proposal documents;

Attention to detail and proven ability to write high quality and concise advice, reports and submissions.
