Complete Home is an award-winning boutique Interior Architecture and Building Design studio specialising in bespoke luxury residences throughout Sydney, interstate and internationally.
Our work encompasses high-end renovations, architecturally designed current homes, speculative developments, commercial hospitality and luxury waterfront residences.

As our studio continues to grow, we are seeking an exceptional Interior Designer to join our all-female creative team.
This is an opportunity to contribute to a diverse portfolio of thoughtfully designed residential projects while working closely with our Creative Director.
About the Role
You will creatively contribute on projects from concept through to construction documentation and work collaboratively with the Creative Director, clients, consultants and builders.
This is a highly creative, client-facing role requiring exceptional design ability combined with strong technical documentation skills.

Salary will be negotiated based on the successful applicant’s experience, technical capability and portfolio.
Your Responsibilities
Interior Design
- Develop unique, highly resolved design concepts from client briefs
- Collaborate with the Creative Director to refine and execute bespoke interiors
- Produce elegant material palettes, mood boards and presentation documentation
- Design custom joinery and interior architectural details
Documentation
- Produce high-quality construction documentation suitable for pricing and construction
- Prepare detailed joinery documentation
- Coordinate consultants and integrate engineering information
- Ensure compliance with Australian Standards and project requirements
Visualisation
- Create SketchUp models
- Produce high-quality rendered imagery using AI
- Assist with presentation material for clients and marketing
Client Experience
- Attend client presentations
- Communicate confidently with clients, builders and suppliers
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Deliver an exceptional client experience from concept to completion
About You
You are passionate about design and have an exceptional eye for detail.
You thrive in a fast-paced studio environment and enjoy solving complex design problems.
You possess:
- Minimum 5-8+ years Australian residential interior design experience
- Advanced SketchUp skills
- Strong AutoCad capability
- Excellent construction documentation experience
- Outstanding joinery design ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong technical knowledge
- Exceptional organisation and time management
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Positive attitude and robust work ethic
- Current Australian Driver Licence and access to a vehicle
Experience within luxury residential projects is highly regarded.
Arabic speaking is advantageous but not essential.
