The Role
This is a dynamic, transaction driven role suited to a credit professional who thrives on complexity, pace and outcomes. You will act as the key conduit between Brokers, Lenders and AMF Business Development Managers, structuring and presenting complex transactions across:
30-year Non-Bank Lending solutions
About You
You are a solid transactor with excellent credit and risk skills, known for your ability to structure and present complex transactions in a way that drives approvals.

Commercially minded with exceptional structuring capability.
Relationship driven and outcomes focused
Comfortable operating in a high pressure, performance-based environment
Respected for your ability to have robust, commercial conversations that move deals forward.
Confident in your communication
Key Requirements
Proven experience in a lending or credit role within financial services
Strong exposure to Private Lending and/or Non-Bank Lending
Excellent relationship management, communication and negotiation skills
Strong organisational and presentation capability
Able to manage multiple live transactions simultaneously, often under short and immovable timeframes
Driven to deliver exceptional outcomes for Brokers, Clients, Lenders and AMF stakeholders
Familiarity with CRM systems, digital sales tools and Microsoft Office
Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking or equivalent (desirable)
Experience structuring non‑standard or complex transactions will be highly regarded
