Data Analyst – Leading Software Company

URGENT Initial 6-month Contract opportunity (with likelihood to extend)

Open to candidates based on Australian East Coast (including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, etc.)

Competitive Day Rate (hybrid/remote work flexibility)

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst who is passionate about using data to solve complex business and product challenges. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights, influence product strategy, and drive better business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with cross-functional teams to solve complex product and business challenges using data driven insights and strategic analysis.
- Define and track key product metrics, forecast performance, and monitor trends to measure success and guide product improvements.
- Deliver actionable recommendations that influence product strategy, roadmaps, and the development of high value, customer focused solutions.

Key Requirements





- Proven experience as Data Analyst or Product Data Analyst
- Experience working within a product based or SaaS based company environment
- Robust SQL skills with experience querying and analysing large datasets
- Hands on experience with Tableau or Databricks
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills with the ability to turn data into compelling business stories
