As the Principal Consultant in the Injury Management team, you will be responsible to provide expertise and guidance on workplace injury management and return to work initiatives across Queensland Corrective Services operational areas.
Your skilled knowledge will enable you to work closely with the Manager, Injury Management to promote and implement QCS Return to Work strategies, systems, policies and services used by operational and corporate employees.
You will rely on your strong WorkCover claim management experience to support delivery of these processes, as well as sharing this knowledge with your direct reports (3) to continually build capability and skills in this area.
