Argo Natural Resources is seeking a Workplace Trainer to join our in office team at Ironbark No.1 in Queensland. You will deliver high-quality training, conduct assessments, and ensure alignment with internal policies and external standards to maintain training excellence across the site.
You’ll provide hands-on coaching, work with the HSTR team and senior leaders, and contribute to the overall training strategy and operational excellence.
