About the Firm

Our client is a specialist Commercial Property Law firm acting for property developers, commercial property investors, landlords, tenants, commercial buyers' agents and business owners across Queensland and interstate.

You will work directly with the firm's Principal, who established the practice after building their career with a leading national law firm in Brisbane. Their vision was to create a firm known for exceptional client service, practical commercial advice and a workplace where staff can produce their best work without sacrificing work-life balance.

You will be part of a close-knit team where you will receive direct mentoring, genuine client exposure and increasing responsibility as your experience develops.

About the Opportunity

You'll advise on a diverse range of commercial property and commercial matters, including:

- Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
- Commercial conveyancing
- Commercial, industrial, medical and retail leasing
- Property development
- Business sales and acquisitions
- Share sale transactions and shareholder agreements
- Franchise agreements
- Trust and business structuring
- General commercial advisory matters

The practice regularly advises on transactions across Queensland as well as Recent South Wales, Victoria,



the ACT and Western Australia, providing exposure to matters across multiple jurisdictions.

With dedicated legal and administrative support, you will be able to focus on delivering quality advice, building client relationships and continuing to develop your technical expertise.

About You

To be successful, you will ideally have:

- Approximately 3+ years' post-admission experience
- Proven experience in QLD commercial property law
- Strong drafting and communication skills
- A commercial and practical approach to client service.

Experience advising on interstate property matters will be viewed favourably but is not essential.
