Sydney Local Health District is seeking a Nurse Practitioner/Transitional Nurse Practitioner (Clinical Nurse Consultant Grade 2) to support diabetes care at Canterbury Hospital. This permanent full-time role involves autonomous and team-oriented practice, with advanced nursing duties including assessment, prescribing and referral within a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate will hold current AHPRA registration as a Nurse Practitioner or be working towards that qualification, with
