You will deliver business-focused HR solutions, partnering with managers to navigate industrial relations and organisational change across the business.
This role requires tertiary HR qualifications, at least 5 years in an HRBP role (ideally in transport), a solid understanding of Australian employment law, and strong stakeholder management.
