Directly with clients in a client focused team environment, on a huge variety of small to very complex entities and form lasting relationships while helping them achieve their business goals.

THE ROLE INVOLVES...

Manage a portfolio of business services and tax clients across various industries

Review financial statements, tax returns and BAS for companies, trusts, partnerships and individuals

Provide proactive tax planning and business advisory services to clients

Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor

Lead, mentor and review the work of junior accountants and intermediates

Attend client meetings and assist with strategic business discussions





Ensure compliance with ATO requirements and relevant accounting standards

Identify opportunities to improve client processes, profitability and efficiencies

Assist directors/partners with workflow management and team performance

TO BE CONSIDEREDYOU'LL NEED...

Your CA/CPA Qualifications and 1- 2 + years experince as a business services manager or supervisor

Good longevity in previous roles & top technical and analytical skills

A passion for helping Australian Businesses

The desire for a long term role and to build meaningful relationships with clients

An inquisitive nature to deliver solutions and a team player mindset
