The role focuses on Teams Phone, Teams Rooms, Direct Routing, SBCs and conferencing technologies to ensure reliable, secure communications while collaborating with global IT teams and external vendors.
The candidate will have proven experience in a voice/video role, hands-on Teams administration, and solid knowledge of SIP/VoIP, PowerShell, and voice networking.
