- Manage end-to-end injury management and claims processes in line with legislative and internal requirements
- Implement early intervention strategies to support optimal claim outcomes
- Facilitate safe, durable, and timely return-to-work programs
- Assess, accept, or deny claims in accordance with SRC Act guidelines
- Coordinate Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs) and review medical reports to determine liability
- Provide expert advice to stakeholders throughout the claims and rehabilitation process
- Maintain accurate and compliant claim records within claims systems
- Engage and manage rehabilitation and treatment providers
- Support injured workers through legislative and administrative requirements
- Ensure data integrity, accurate claim classification, and reporting
