Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this standalone HR Manager role offers the opportunity to shape the people agenda, influence business decisions and create a positive employee experience across the organisation. You'll be a trusted advisor to leaders, a champion for employees, and a key contributor to organisational success.

What You'll Be Doing
- Partner with leaders to drive employee engagement, performance and organisational effectiveness.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities to attract, develop and retain top talent.
- Coach and support managers across performance management, employee relations and workforce planning.
- Manage remuneration reviews, bonus processes and talent development initiatives.
- Oversee payroll and ensure compliance with employment legislation, Modern Awards, taxation and superannuation requirements.
- Drive HR projects, continuous improvement initiatives and reporting that support business growth and capability.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, wellbeing and continuous improvement.
About You
You are a confident HR professional who enjoys building strong relationships, influencing outcomes and balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
You'll bring:
- Experience in a HR Manager, HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist role.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Industrial Relations or a related discipline are desirable.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, industrial,
engineering or technical environment will be highly regarded.
- Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end HR and payroll functions.
- Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation, Modern Awards and HR best practice.
- Experience managing employee relations, recruitment, performance and remuneration processes.
- Experience using HRIS and payroll systems, with SuccessFactors and Xero highly desirable.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
