About The Role
Ready to take the next step in your Radiation Therapy career? Join Canberra Health Services as a Senior Radiation Therapist and lead a key functional area within our modern and progressive Radiation Oncology service. This is an exciting opportunity to combine advanced clinical practice with leadership and operational oversight while contributing to exceptional patient‑centred care.
In this pivotal role, you'll lead and support a team of Radiation Therapists, coordinate day‑to‑day operations, and drive the safe, efficient delivery of high‑quality services. You'll use your strong leadership, organisational, and time management skills to oversee daily operations, support and develop staff, and drive innovation and continuous improvement across the service.
