We're partnering with a leading global fintech to find an experienced HR Business Partner to join its high-performing People team.
This is a 12-month contract to start with, offering the opportunity to support a technology client group while partnering closely with leaders across a fast-paced, innovative and collaborative business. You'll join a team that is passionate about delivering exceptional people outcomes and driving continuous improvement.
About the RoleAs a trusted HR Business Partner, you'll work closely with leaders to deliver strategic and operational HR support across the employee lifecycle. You'll build strong relationships, provide commercially focused advice and help drive initiatives that support both people and business performance.
Key responsibilities include:Partner with leaders across the Sydney technology portfolio, providing strategic and operational HR support. Advise and coach leaders on performance management, employee relations, organisational change and other people matters. Identify people risks and provide practical, commercially focused solutions.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and influence people outcomes across the business. Collaborate with specialist HR teams, including Talent Acquisition, Reward, Learning & Development and People Operations. Lead and support HR initiatives that improve people practices and business performance.
Use data and insights to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement. Ensure HR processes are delivered consistently and effectively across the employee lifecycle.
About YouYou'll be an experienced HR professional who enjoys partnering with leaders and thrives in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
- Previous experience as an HR Business Partner or similar generalist HR role.
- Strong employee relations and performance management capability.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to balance business objectives and people outcomes.
- Experience supporting organisational change and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
- Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation.
- Experience using AI tools or technology to improve HR processes will be highly regarded.
