You’ll own:

- Payroll and HRIS accuracy
- Workforce planning as the business scales
- Recruitment and onboarding
- Employee relations and performance management
- Employee development and retention

You’ll need:

- 2–5 years in HR / People & Culture
- Solid grasp of Australian employment law
- Comfort managing ER and building relationships with operational teams
- HRIS proficiency (payroll, reporting, employee data)

This is a hands on role in a business where People & Culture actually shapes how things run not just admin.
