WORKFit program provides support to clients and access to resources to give them skills and confidence to secure and maintain work. This is a voluntary program that helps individuals to gain and maintain employment, which can change lives.

About our Coaches

We have multiple vacancies until 30 June 2027 for Coaches based in our Bundaberg office.

- Recruit eligible clients, who are job seekers, by promoting the program with local employment service providers and community organisations




- Help clients to develop fit-for-purpose resumes and cover letters and access online learning
- Deliver one-on-one and group training to assist clients with job preparation and interview techniques
- Improve clients' resilience and job readiness through participation in training
- Support clients to develop current and transferrable skills to assist them to secure employment
- Provide initial support to employers and clients once the client has secured employment

About you:

- A track record in delivering non-vocational training in a supportive, group environment
- Excellent digital literacy with a focus on digital learning and a willingness to train others
- Demonstrated experience in assisting clients to overcoming obstacles to participation in employment
- Sound written, verbal, facilitation and networking skills
- Time management skills to in order to case manage up to 150 clients
