About the role:
We have Great prospect for a Truss Detailer to join the Coastline Frame & Truss team . This role will ensure accurate detailing for our customers within agreed time frames for the supply of Roof Trusses. As a Truss Detailer at Coastline, you will work in an informal environment that has retained a family feel. We are a privately owned business that is constantly growing, we have a close relationship with our builders and you will have the autonomy to make decisions and have some fun along the way.
We will also offer a relocation package to the right applicant looking to take advantage of a coastal lifestyle.
What you can expect to do:
- Truss detailing in timber utilizing Multinail software
- Communicate with builders and customers during design and construction
- Designing of timber components using engineered software
- Provide customer service to trade customers
- Ensure all enquiries/concerns are followed up
- Liaise with trade customers and suppliers
What we need from you:
- Excellent communication skills in dealing with both internal and external customers
- Ability to work in and contribute to a team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Knowledge of the building industry and the relevant Australian Standards
- Knowledge of engineering/drawing programs
- Great communication skills
- Previous Truss detailing experience minimum 2 years
- Experience and the ability to accurately detail domestic housing, multi res and unit developments
- Ensure all enquiries/concerns are followed up within required time frames
