GSL: A Good Start to Life is seeking a Youth Disability Support Worker to assist children and young people aged 0–18 with complex needs in home, learning and community settings.
You will follow individual plans, build independence, and contribute to safe, nurturing environments while developing long-term relationships and supporting inclusion.
We offer starting rates from $46.70 per hour plus super and penalties, adaptable shifts, induction, shadow shifts, paid training, and career opportunities.
