What you’ll do

- Manage bookings and service workflow planning.
- Ensure quality checks are consistent and issues are caught early.
- Keep customers updated with clear, honest communication.
- Coordinate parts, timelines, and handovers with the workshop team.
- Drive continuous improvement in service operations.

What we’re looking for

- Robust automotive service operations experience.
- Excellent communication and customer handling.
- Process discipline and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.

Nice to have

- Leadership experience in a workshop environment.
- Experience with imports or enthusiast vehicles.
