What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will take ownership of client engagements and deliverables and play a key role in delivering accounting, taxation, and advisory services.

You will prepare and review financial reports, manage compliance obligations, and contribute to advisory engagements while working closely with senior team members and reviewing and supporting work completed by junior team members.

You will also assist with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, client relationship management, and continuous improvement initiatives across accounting systems and workflows.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

- Current right to work in Australia
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- 2–4 years’ experience in accounting or professional services
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and tax compliance
- Experience with accounting systems (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks)
- Strong Excel and analytical capability
- Working towards or completed CPA/CA (desirable)
- Experience managing client work independently (desirable)
- Exposure to advisory services such as budgeting, forecasting, or business analysis (desirable)
