Venue Manager to lead it — someone with the energy, positivity, and people-smarts to take a great team and a loved venue to an even bigger future.

- Lead with energy — Inspire, develop and retain a young, high-energy team, fostering a culture of fun, safety, and growth.
- Own the experience — Oversee daily operations so every visit is seamless, safe, and full of positivity.
- Drive growth — Own the KPIs across customer satisfaction, safety, staffing, and revenue, and find the opportunities to push each one further.




- Champion wellbeing — Create a space where kids, families, and staff thrive physically, mentally, and socially.
- Innovate & elevate — Launch new activities and unforgettable events that keep guests coming back.
- Collaborate & connect — Partner with our leadership, education, and hospitality teams to deliver a world-class experience.

What You Bring to the Team

- Experience leading young, dynamic teams (especially 14–24-year-olds).
- A commercial and sales-savvy mindset
- A hands-on, can-do attitude, you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get involved.
