About Us

We are a leading national facilities services organisation, delivering cleaning, security, maintenance and integrated services across Australia and New Zealand. Our people are at the centre of everything we do, supporting some of the country's most recognised airports, commercial buildings, retail centres, healthcare facilities, education providers and critical infrastructure.

With a workforce of thousands, we are committed to creating exceptional customer experiences by investing in our people and building a culture of learning, collaboration and continuous improvement.

About the Role

Are you passionate about helping people learn and grow? Are you looking to build a career in Learning & Development? We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Learning & Development Coordinator to join our People & Culture team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their L&D; career who wants to gain hands‑on experience across the entire learning lifecycle. You'll work closely with the General Manager, People & Culture to design, coordinate and deliver learning initiatives that make a real impact across a national workforce.

No two days will be the same.

One day you might be delivering an induction, the next creating engaging training materials, developing online learning content, facilitating workshops, or coordinating learning through our Learning Management System (LMS).

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and support the end‑to‑end delivery of learning and development programs.

- Develop engaging training materials including presentations, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, videos and eLearning content.

- Deliver face‑to‑face inductions, workshops and training sessions across multiple locations.

- Assist with the design, development and continuous improvement of learning programs.

- Administer the organisation's Learning Management System (LMS), including assigning training, uploading content and maintaining learning records.

- Monitor training completion and prepare learning and compliance reports.

- Partner with operational leaders to identify capability gaps and coordinate learning solutions.

- Support the rollout of new systems, business initiatives and organisational change through effective learning and communication.

- Evaluate learning outcomes and recommend improvements to enhance employee capability.

- Provide administrative support for learning projects and maintain training documentation.

About You

We're looking for someone with a positive attitude,

excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for developing others. You don't need years of experience—we're looking for someone with enthusiasm, creativity and a willingness to learn.

You’ll ideally have:

- An interest in Learning & Development, Human Resources or Organisational Development.

- Robust written communication skills and the ability to create engaging learning content.

- Confidence presenting to groups or a willingness to develop facilitation skills.

- Excellent organisational and time management skills.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.

- Experience using a Learning Management System (LMS) is advantageous but not essential.

- A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or a willingness to obtain one) would be highly regarded.

- Previous experience in administration, HR, training coordination, customer service or operations will be highly regarded.

Why Join Us?

This is more than a coordination role—it's an opportunity to build a career in Learning & Development within a large and growing organisation.

You’ll receive mentoring from an experienced People & Culture leader while gaining exposure to instructional design, facilitation, digital learning, organisational capability and change initiatives. You’ll have the opportunity to travel, work with leaders across the business and see the direct impact your work has on developing our people.

If you're passionate about helping others succeed and are looking for a role where you can learn, grow and make a genuine difference, we'd love to hear from you.
