What we’re looking for:

- Previous experience in a Supervisor or FOH Manager role
- Solid leadership and communication skills
- Confidence in running busy services
- A hands‑on attitude — you lead from the floor, not the office
- Solid bar knowledge (cocktails, wine, the classics)
- A genuine love for hospitality and people
- Availability across weekends and peak periods
