We are looking for an experienced Practice Manager who wants more than simply running a practice. We're looking for someone who wants to build a business.

The Opportunity
Working alongside the practice owners, you will become the operational leader of the business.
You'll have genuine authority to make decisions, improve systems, lead people and influence business performance. Your ideas won't sit in a suggestion box—they'll be implemented.
You'll inherit a business with strong foundations and significant potential. Your role is to identify opportunities, remove inefficiencies, strengthen accountability and help build one of the leading dental practices in the region.
This role is about creating a business that continually improves—not simply maintaining the status quo.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team
- Build a culture of ownership, accountability and continuous improvement
- Drive measurable business performance across all operational areas
- Analyse, redesign and optimise systems, workflows and operational processes
- Identify inefficiencies,
remove bottlenecks and improve productivity
- Establish and monitor KPIs, reporting and performance reviews
- Ensure compliance, quality standards and operational excellence
- Lead recruitment, onboarding and ongoing staff development
- Partner with ownership on strategic planning and business growth initiatives
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience while improving business outcomes

- Experience within the dental or healthcare industry
- KPI development and performance management
- HR, recruitment and workforce planning experience
