Weploy is seeking a Customer Success Representative to manage relationships with our tradie users. This role involves guiding new users, re‑engaging inactive ones, and ensuring their ongoing success on our platform. You will work in a fast‑paced, phone‑based environment, with opportunities for uncapped commission.

What you'll do

- Onboard new tradies and guide them through their initial platform experience
- Conduct nurture calls to support customer success
- Re‑engage inactive tradies and help them maximize their return on investment
- Engage in conversations to encourage continuous platform use
- Educate tradies on best practices and offer personalized recommendations
- Manage and track customer performance and campaign activities
- Assist with service inquiries and account management tasks
- Support the broader sales team as needed
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPI targets

Requirements





- Prior experience in a high‑volume call center setting
- Experience with onboarding customers and building relationships
- Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities
- Ability to thrive in a target‑driven environment and meet KPIs
- Resilient, positive, and customer‑focused attitude
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
- A genuine desire to help customers succeed and achieve positive outcomes

Practical notes

- Salary: $65,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE $93,000)
