Role & Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the business owner,



you will take ownership of day-to-day operational performance and help drive the next stage of business improvement.

Responsibilities include:

- Leading daily operations across scheduling, service delivery and customer coordination
- Improving workflow efficiency, planning and resource utilisation
- Managing and supporting office-based operational staff
- Coaching teams, improving accountability and lifting performance standards
- Managing customer escalations and operational problem solving
- Identifying recurring inefficiencies and implementing stronger systems and processes
- Working closely with the owner on operational performance and continuous improvement
- Helping shape future team structure and operational leadership capability

About You

To be successful, you will likely bring:

- Proven experience in operations leadership, service management or operational coordination
- Strong people leadership skills with confidence managing accountability and difficult conversations
- Commercial awareness and sound operational decision-making capability
- Experience improving systems, workflows and efficiency
