Warehouse Dispatch Assistant - Heidelberg West

About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Dispatch Assistant with solid forklift experience to join our team. This is a hands‑on role where accuracy, safety, and efficiency are key to ensuring our products are received, stored, and dispatched to the highest standard.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Follow direction from the Logistics Coordinator to meet daily dispatch targets and customer requirements
- Receive and check incoming goods against documentation; report any discrepanciesor damages
- Prepare and dispatch orders accurately in line with customer specifications
- Operate a forklift safely and efficiently for receivals, storage, and dispatch (core part of the role)
- Ensure correct labelling, documentation, and stock traceability (MES system)
- Load trucks in line with safety and dispatch procedures




- Maintain stock accuracy and support stock control activities
- Carry out daily housekeeping, forklift checks, and maintain a clean, organisedwarehouse
- Support re-labelling, re-stacking, and general warehouse tasks as required
- Adhere to GMP, HACCP, QA, and all safety standards at all times

The Ingredients for Success

- Prior experience in food manufacturing, ingredients, or FMCG warehousing
- Strong understanding of receivals, dispatch, and stock control processes
- Current Forklift Licence (essential – regular daily use)
- High attention to detail and accuracy in a fast‑paced environment
- Good knowledge of GMP and HACCP practices
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling (lifting up to 15kg)
- Reliable team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Basic computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office / warehouse systems)
