- $170 per hour for 3 months
- Existing patient base
- 4 patients per hour
- 2 RNs on at all times
- CDM Nurse
- 2 Treatment rooms
- 5 FTE Doctors
- 10 Consulting rooms
- Procedure room
- Allied Health on site
- Standard Consult $72.85
- Long Consult $122.90
