Adairs is inviting applications for an Afternoon Operations Supervisor to lead our Distribution Centre team in Victoria. You will drive performance, manage labour and resources, and ensure operations run safely, efficiently and on budget within our National Distribution Centre.
The role focuses on coaching teams, maintaining inventory accuracy, implementing process improvements, and communicating priorities and KPIs daily to deliver exceptional service to stores and customers.
