Join a leading marine lighting and navigation aid manufacturer in Somerville! We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Assemblers and Production Assistants for an immediate start in a fast-paced production environment.

Hours: Summer Hours: 6:30am - 2:30pm Standard Operating Hours (March onwards): 7:30am - 3:30pm

Key Responsibilities

- Assemble electronic and mechanical components with a high level of accuracy
- Perform functional testing and quality inspections on finished products
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Operate, set up, and monitor production equipment
- Assist with basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance tasks
- Maintain production targets while adhering to quality standards
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times

About You

- Previous experience in an assembly, manufacturing, or production environment is essential
- Experience with soldering and electronics assembly is highly regarded
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining attendance




- Strong focus on workplace safety and safe work practices
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production workplace
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Available to commence at short notice and work Monday to Friday
