About the Role

We're looking for a detail-driven Pricing Specialist to join our Pricing & Data function, reporting directly to the Pricing and Data Leader. This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role at the foundation of how Tyremax loads, maintains and communicates pricing across the business in NetSuite.

You’ll take ownership of the accurate, timely and well‑documented delivery of pricing — from monthly promotions and contract price loads through to customer‑facing price files and BDM pricing requests. The role spans both our Australian and Recent Zealand businesses, with an initial focus on building and stabilising pricing operations in NZ before progressively taking on AU execution work.

What You’ll Do

- Load and maintain monthly promotions, contract pricing and award pricing in NetSuite
- Deactivate expired pricing at the start of each month and manage the quarterly pricing expiry review
- Generate customer‑specific price files, fleet price lists and monthly customer price lists
- Manage the pricing inbox and Smartsheet approval workflows, actioning BDM requests within SLA
- Support data hygiene, CMP review cycles and ad hoc reporting requests
- Document recurring tasks as SOPs and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Explore AI‑assisted tools and automation to streamline pricing workflows

What You’ll Bring

- Strong Excel skills (lookups, formulas, formatting, export/import files) and comfort with high‑volume, repetitive data work
- Experience with an ERP system — NetSuite experience is a plus, but full training is provided
- A foundational understanding of pricing, gross profit, margin, rebates and discounts
- Clear, professional written communication — you'll be producing customer‑facing files and coordinating with BDMs and RSMs
- A proactive mindset: you escal and ask questions rather than guess, especially on anything requiring pricing judgement
- Prior experience in commercial administration or sales operations or data entry/management
- A bachelor's degree in business, Commerce or a related field
