Position: Education Consultant and Migration Operations Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Qualified Education Agent Counsellor (QEAC) with strong exposure to migration operations to join our growing Sydney City office. This is a dynamic, hands-on role for someone who is not only passionate about student counselling and education placements, but also confident in managing migration-related applications, supporting a senior migration agent, and overseeing day-to-day office operations. You will work closely with a Senior Migration Agent & ART Specialist on complex visa matters, while also leading student consultations, sales, administrative operations, and team coordination,



making this a true hybrid leadership role within the firm.

Key Responsibilities

Education & Student Advisory

- Conduct student consultations for study pathways in Australia
- Assess student profiles and recommend suitable courses and institutions
- Process education applications and liaise with partner institutions
- Guide students through enrolment and pre-arrival processes

Migration Support & Operations

- Assist Senior Migration Agent in managing visa and migration applications
- Prepare and manage documentation for various visa subclasses
- Support AAT/ART-related case preparation and appeals
- Ensure compliance with migration regulations and internal SOPs

Sales, Business Development & Admin

- Convert leads into enrollments and visa clients
- Manage CRM, follow-ups, and client records
- Coordinate daily office operations and workflow
- Handle documentation, invoicing, and client communications

Leadership & Office Management

- Take charge of office processes and client experience
- Support team coordination and operational improvements
- Demonstrate initiative in streamlining systems and driving growth
- Represent SettleU professionally in client-facing engagements

Ideal Candidate Profile

Mandatory

- QEAC Certification
- Proven experience in education counselling / student recruitment
- Strong understanding of the Australian education system
- Exposure to Australian visa and migration processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales mindset with ethical consulting approach
- Solid administrative and documentation experience

Highly Desirable

- Experience working in a migration agency
- Familiarity with visa subclasses, compliance, and case management
- Leadership qualities with a "can-do" attitude
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership
- Multilingual skills (highly regarded)
