About the Role
We are seeking a Part-Time Passenger Service Agent (minimum 20 hours per week) to help deliver a seamless and positive travel experience for passengers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and curating a positive, memorable experience for our passengers
- Processing passenger check-in and boarding
- Verifying passports and travel documents
- Allocating seats and issuing boarding passes
- Assisting passengers with special needs
- Performing boarding gate duties and passenger announcements
- Ensuring compliance with safety, security, and airline procedures
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Be available to work a 24/7 rotational roster (essential)
- Have full and unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Hold a current Victorian Driver Licence (minimum P1/P2)
- Have proven customer service experience
- Be reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Have strong communication, computer, and organisational skills
- Work well independently and as part of a team
- Maintain a high standard of personal presentation
- Be willing to complete a Police Check, ASIC Security Check, and pre-employment medical
