The Opportunity:Working within Council's Talent Acquisition team, the Talent Acquisition Officer plays a key role in the day-to-day delivery of recruitment services across the organisation.As a Talent Acquisition Officer, you will coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including preparing job advertisements, screening candidates, coordinating and participating in interview panels, and managing candidate offers and negotiations.You will partner with Hiring Managers to understand recruitment needs and provide advice on recruitment and selection processes, ensuring all recruitment activities are conducted in accordance with relevant legislation, policies and procedures.Most importantly, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience for both candidates and Hiring Managers by providing a qualified, responsive, and customer-focused recruitment service.

To be successful within this role, you will have a Diploma in Human Resources or a related discipline or significant Talent Acquisition experience coupled with relevant training. You will have demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including:

- Experience in candidate screening, coordinating and facilitating Interviews, and providingadvice on candidate suitability to Hiring Managers.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
- An ability to prioritise high volumes of work, meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.

Benefits:

This is a full-time, temporary 12-month opportunity, working a 35-hour week, with a base salary range of $80,583 - $97,243 per year based on demonstrated experience + 12% super.Council also offers a range of other benefits for its employees,
