As an Occupational Therapist at Bloom, you will deliver evidence-based, neurodiversity affirming care to NDIS participants aged 0-65 years in a community-based role with the flexibility to work from home for planning and admin. Organise your days in the way that works for you!
Even with the autonomy this role provides, there is a robust team culture in each state. Whether you are a new grad, or an experienced OT, you’ll be supported, mentored and supervised by experienced clinicians . While not required, many teams organise collaborative office days in the CBD on a weekly or fortnightly basis.
