About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced New Car Sales Consultant to join a high-performing sales team.

Working alongside a results-driven leadership team, you will help uphold and exceed the premium standards expected by prestige automotive customers. This role suits a motivated sales professional who is customer-focused, target-driven, and passionate about delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the end-to-end vehicle sales process

- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets





- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

- Present and demonstrate vehicles in a professional and engaging manner

- Maintain accurate records and manage follow-up activities

- Work collaboratively within the sales team to support dealership success

About You

- Previous experience in automotive sales (prestige brand experience highly regarded)

- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills

- Team-first mindset with a strong work ethic

- Excellent communication and time management skills

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets

- Proactive, professional, and positive approach to achieving results

- Current Australian driver’s licence
