Programmed are seeking an experienced Roller Operator to join our civil construction crew on major projects. You will operate padfoot and smooth drum rollers safely and efficiently to help deliver earthworks, road construction and pavement works on site.

From pre-start inspections to daily maintenance, you will help ensure compliance with safety, quality standards and project timelines. You will work closely with Supervisors and Ground Crew and contribute to a cooperative, safety‑focused team.
