What you'll do

- Manage a caseload of clients providing return-to-work assistance/case management across theNorthern Territory.
- Complete ergonomic assessments and workplace assessments.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
- Documentation and report writing.

We specialise in return-to-work services for Workers’ Compensation, CTP, and Life Insurance schemes. We aim high, stay humble, and keep people at the centre of everything we do.

We’re part of theHealthExGroup, working closely with Guardian Exercise Rehabilitation, Verde Nutrition Co and Rapport Psychology. Across Australia, we’re a team ofover190 allied health professionals committed to quality, integrity, and making a real difference.

About you

- Tertiary qualified in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counsellor, Social Work, Chiropractic or Nursing.
- Registered with AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC or AASW.
- Experience in workplace rehabilitation is not essential but will be viewed favourably.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with a range of stakeholders.
