- Is confident in cutting, colouring, or both
- Delivers exceptional customer service
- Can build and retain loyal A-grade clientele
- Enjoys supporting and encouraging their teammates

- Loves learning and continuing to grow professionally
- Presents themselves professionally
- Speaks fluent English
- Is an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or has unrestricted Australian working rights
